Elizabeth holds a master's degree in Clinical and Humanistic Psychology from The Michigan School of Professional Psychology. She has been a private therapist treating clients through direct counseling, coaching and crisis intervention for fourteen years, as well as, working as a Limited Licensed Psychologist specializing in consultative psychological testing for the state of Michigan for ten years. She has been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Thought Field Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Energy Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Imago Therapy, Gottman Relationship Skills and the Enneagram.

Elizabeth specializes in treating adolescents and adults struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, abuse and relationship issues. Her high energy and natural demeanor make her a supportive ally to adolescent girls struggling with self-esteem, eating disorders, parent relationships, and identity & developmental issues.

In her free time Elizabeth enjoys traveling, exercising and spending time with her husband and twin daughters.
