FAQs

Q: Does the Center for Hope & Healing (CHH) accept insurance?

A: The Center for Hope & Healing embraces a personal growth model that emphasizes child/family development, not the medical treatment of pathology. We empower clients to manage their own growth potential and will work with families individually to create a unique treatment plan that fits within your financial needs.

For clients wanting to utilize mental health medical coverage CHH is an in-network provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield Illinois PPO. Clients holding other insurance carriers; payment is due at time of service however CHH will provide a coded bill at the end of each calender month for client remittance/re-imbursement. Please contact your health care provider prior to your first visit to understand the details of your mental health coverage.

Q: What is your fee structure?

A: The Center for Hope & Healing, LLC offers a diverse menu of therapy services to meet the unique treatment and financial needs of your family. It is best to discuss our fee structure with your therapist during your initial intake so that together you can devise the most appropriate plan.

Treatment plans and fee structures are individualized to each family's needs. After an initial intake meeting our therapists will provide the family with a detailed functional assessment that includes: recommended therapy plan; preferred treatment modality; estimated length & duration of treatment and weekly cost. At CHH we value and encourage parents to have a full voice in their child's treatment plan and all decisions are made together as a team so that we may help your child meet their highest potential.
